Musaffah Area
The Musaffah Industrial Area is located 30 km from Abu Dhabi city center, near Musaffah Port, and is managed by Abu Dhabi City Municipality. The area spans 14 square kilometers and includes six specialized industrial zones operating in a variety of sectors.
- Zone 1: Specializing in the automotive, machinery, and auto parts sectors.
- Zone 2: Specializing in the food, textile, and beverage manufacturing sectors.
- Zone 3: Specializing in the engineering, wood, and grass industries.
- Zone 4: Specializing in chemical, plastics and petrochemical industries.
- Zone 5: Specializing in building, construction, and related materials
- Zone 6: Specializing in advanced technology industries.
Our Process
Service Facilities
The strategy developed for the village mall also included securing all service facilities, which can be summarized as follows:
- Securing banking services, which has been agreed upon with a number of local and international banks operating in the country, including Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank and HSBC.
- Securing telephone and internet services (websites) through an agreement with the National Telecommunications Company (Etisalat), and final touches are currently being put on signing an agreement with Du as well.
- A main branch of Abu Dhabi Distribution Company is located in Village Mall, which contributes to supporting the overall strategy of Village Mall to provide all government sector services to visitors of the mall and surrounding areas.
- The mall includes a diverse number of shops that primarily serve visitors and mall patrons. These shops include restaurants, coffee shops, retail stores, car rentals, travel services, insurance, and advertising services.
- Having a suitable space for completing office and paperwork tasks, including faxing, emailing, and document printing.
- Valet parking service provided for VIPs at Village Mall
- Ensuring service and a safe space for public transport and taxi stands
- Providing the correct and safe infrastructure for people with special needs to ensure their mobility and the completion of their tasks with ease and safety, starting from the external parking areas to inside the center and ending with all the vital facilities inside the center.
