Village Mall
As a newly completed building, the main strategy for the Village Center was to be a business management center, thus becoming the first commercial center to serve businesses by focusing on serving and providing the facilities and institutional infrastructure required to facilitate the work of companies and institutions located in this vital area, which is considered today the main business center in Abu Dhabi, in addition to being an integrated commercial center that also includes a major 24-hour hypermarket, which in turn is the first in the Musaffah area with round-the-clock service.
A dedicated space has been provided for the “Tasheel” center, fully equipped with all service requirements, with a net area of 960 square meters.

- Accessing the Tasheel Center in Village Mall is one of the easiest locations in the Musaffah Industrial Area, as it is located on the main public street, which also helps in the ease of access for visitors from the parking areas to the center in about twenty steps. What supports our plan to provide the utmost comfort for visitors to the center is also the availability of parking spaces in front of the center with more than 300 spaces, in addition to the parking spaces available underground, with the aim of facilitating access for visitors and visitors to the center around the clock.

The Musaffah Industrial Area is located 30 km from Abu Dhabi city center, near Musaffah Port, and is managed by Abu Dhabi City Municipality. The area spans 14 square kilometers and includes six specialized industrial zones operating in a variety of sectors.

The Facilitation Center in Village Mall covers the Musaffah Industrial Area, North Beach, Workers’ Accommodation Area, Bain Al Jisrain Area, Officers City, Umm Al Nar, Old Khalifa City, Al Mafraq Industrial Area, Khalifa Commercial City, New Industrial Area, Mohammed Bin Zayed Residential and Commercial City, and Khalifa City (A) Residential.
